Things worth knowing first

Both kitchens cook the same menu, so pick whichever location is closer.
Nearly everything can be prepared gluten free. Tell us when you order and we will handle it.
Peruvian food is bold rather than fiery. Ask for rocoto or aji on the side if you want heat.
For groups of eight or more, a phone call is much faster than the form.
The Parrillada Peruana is the plate to build a big table around.
